How We Comply
Lawful Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on legitimate interests (operating our service), contractual necessity (fulfilling our agreement with you), consent (where explicitly obtained), and legal obligations (where required by law).
Data Processing Agreements
We maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all customers and sub-processors. Our DPA includes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers.
Data Protection Officer

Sub-Processors
We maintain a list of sub-processors who handle personal data on our behalf. All sub-processors are contractually obligated to maintain GDPR compliance.
