By accessing or using LetzInterview ("Service"), operated by StudyOwl Educational Private Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

LetzInterview provides an AI-powered interview platform that enables organizations to conduct, record, and analyze interviews with candidates. The Service includes video interviewing, AI assessments, scheduling tools, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
One person or organization may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
Share interview content without proper authorization
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StudyOwl Educational Private Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Interview recordings belong to the organization conducting the interview, subject to candidate rights.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDYOWL EDUCATIONAL PRIVATE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
